TPHS is an independent consultancy providing ‘expert, cost effective and reliable transport and highways advice’ to support the delivery of development sites, small and large, in the fields of development planning, traffic engineering and transportation planning.

At the core of our service is our relationship with our client and the ability to understand and deliver what they require from each project. We pride ourselves in being able to provide honest and no nonsense advice at the early stages of a project, including providing cost effective advice with on and off site requirements and works. This ensures that all decisions on projects are based on sound technical knowledge and on experience in terms of providing effective high level advice early in the process.

Justin Plaza Mitcham

TPHS were appointed by Lodgecrest Limited to prepare the Transport Statement to support a prior approval application for the change of use of the existing office floorspace within the Justin Plaza building in Mitcham, to provide thirty residential apartments. A key part of the technical work was to rationalise the car parking on the site so as to enhance the on-site servicing and to ensure sufficient space would be available to provide secure and covered cycle parking areas. The resultant level of reduced car parking was agreed with the highway authority following detailed parking surveys.

CTMPs

We are well versed in preparing these reports in numerous London Boroughs including Camden, Croydon, Greenwich, Hammersmith and Fulham, Islington, Kensington and Chelsea, Richmond and Westminster. Within all of these plans a full assessment is undertaken of the routing strategy for construction vehicles and how these then access the site – be this with off-street or on-street arrangements.
