Sanctuary Homes has appointed TPHS to provide highways technical support for the delivery of the S278 works at the former industrial site at Cooks Lane. The development is delivering 242, much needed, new residential units in the area and forms part of the town’s regeneration master plan. Cooks Lane also incorporates an outdoor amphitheatre, pedestrian and cycle paths linking existing routes, character cul-de-sacs, and generous landscaped open space.
TPHS will have an oversight of the S278 works and will assist the client and contractors to deliver the works to programme.
