Berryfields MDA

L and Q Estates appointed TPHS to initially undertake a feasibility assessment on the position and type of access strategy that would be necessary to access land which could accommodate some 800 units adjacent to the Berryfields MDA.

Subsequently TPHS provided Local Plan Inquiry representations and followed this up with work on detailed assessment of trip generation and junction assessments for highway improvements as part of the MDA development.
