Student Accommodation – Derby

Prosperity Capital Partners appointed TPHS to undertake the transport work on this scheme to develop 350 student bedrooms in Derby.

TPHS provided a full TA and Travel Plan for the site as well as discharging the transport conditions post planning approval which included design of a new access to drop off and disabled parking.

The project was completed in 2019 and is now operational and available for students
