Bound Oak

TPHS were appointed by Musketeers Properties Ltd to provide transport and highways services for the redevelopment of the Bound Oak Industrial Estate near Wokingham.

The development proposals went through a number of iterations culminating in the preferred option of 11 separate units of a total of some 4,200 sqm of development of a mix of B1(c), B2 and B8 uses with associated parking and servicing bays.

TPHS provided the architects with Autotrack plots of service and HGV access to the site and for each unit in addition to reassessing and redesign of the site access to accommodate the swept paths of entering and exiting vehicles to and from the site. TPHS also provided a Transport Statement and framework Travel Plan to accompany the planning application.
